Facilitators

We are always looking for experienced facilitators to deliver Arrival Education programmes.

Facilitators should have five years delivery/ facilitation experience, either working in the corporate space or working with young people. You should be able to demonstrate a high level of self-consciousness, a willingness to learn, a can-do and solution-orientated mentality. You also need to be prepared to work with challenging young people and stretch outside your comfort zone. Seminar delivery, coaching experience preferred. You should be able to reference success examples of your work with young people, as it will be critical that you are able to connect and have credibility with young adults. You must be passionate about young people (14-19) and people in general, not easily fazed, with a high level of intelligence. We offer training and development for all our facilitators.

The work is less about knowledge or skill transfer but more about your ability to transform human belief, in a grounded and practical way. An education or theatre background is good, or HR, talent development background within the corporate community. Depending on experience and availability we are offering day rate work and full time work. Pay variable and dependant on experience.
