Over the last ten years the Arrival Education team has built up a reservoir of knowledge and expertise in two areas:

Since 2003 we have designed and delivered powerful change programmes to inner city youth communities and our programmes run an 85% + positive feedback rate. In recent feedback surveys 90% of participants agreed that the course had given them more confidence to take on their lives and 86% would recommend the programme to their friends. 

The Arrival Education team and adult advisory board are made up of individuals who are not only passionate about the work we do and our mission, but who have a diverse range of commercial, educational and seminar delivery experience. Our team has commercial experience in the media, the City and blue-chip FMCG marketing. We have over twenty years of successful small business experience, training delivery, and change management consultancy as well as extensive experience of working with young people, senior executives, teachers and the government. Our junior advisory board of dynamic young graduates of our programmes helps us to sense check our ideas and approach with the people who know best.
