Our clients are blue-chip organisations from a range of industries and our programme is effective from board-level through to first-time line managers.
Programme participants are trained in AE’s core coaching principles and coaching model (the CAUSE model) which have been proven to create genuine change and release potential. Our approach to coaching is straight-forward and leads to honest, open and natural conversations.
Participants are then ‘matched’ with members of our diverse young talent network (aged 16-24) to work on a one-to-one basis over a period of 9 months. Meeting every 4-6 weeks, pairs review progress, discuss leadership capabilities and set objectives.
AE facilitates two group sessions – half way through and at the end – to reflect and learn, celebrate success, and encourage reverse coaching (where the student coaches the ‘coach’). AE also provides ongoing support throughout the programme to deal with any issues and provide advice and guidance.
