Arrival begin their third year of partnership with Skanska UK
We are delighted to enter into our 3rd year of partnership with Skanska UK this month.
In partnership with leading management consultants and people development firm, Lane 4, Arrival delivers the 12-month leadership development programme, 'Leading with Purpose'.
'Leading with Purpose' helps those in mid-management leadership positions make the transition from being great 'deliverers' to becoming leaders who empower and enable their teams.
Having completed a 360 feedback survey and attended a training day, called 'Leader in Me', Skanska participants spend three days with the Lane4 team exploring leadership skills and behaviours. On day 4 the groups are trained by AE in our CAUSE coaching model and then introduced to the young person (aged 17-24) from our network, who they will be coaching, 1-2-1, over the next 9 months.
The coaching element of the programme gives participants the chance to develop their coaching skills and provides a structure for them to embed new behaviours they have identified during the work with Lane4, as well as helping connect them with more socially and ethnically diverse talent.
Last week we started our 9th cohort with Skanska UK, with another group due to start in June.
We are incredibly proud of this partnership and programme, and are looking forward to seeing how this years' participants develop.
