Arrival announce their fifth year of partnership with leading fund management firm, Artemis.
The relationship with Artemis began back in 2006, when they funded our initial year of research into the challenges and solutions to social mobility.
In 2012, we began a formal partnership which brought Artemis staff and our students together for a high impact Corporate Responsibility programme. Since, Artemis have hosted 26 workshops, 25 ‘Developing Leaders’ coaching relationships, funded 61 places on our 'Future Leaders' development programme and hosted at least 5 of our students on work experience.
"Our partnership with Arrival is incredibly important to us at Artemis. Not only do their programmes introduce their diverse talent network to new skills and industry, our people also obtain tremendous value in terms of culture and development. We’re entering into our 5th year of partnership with Arrival as we continue to see the benefits of their work, even after the programme's end.” Lindsay Whitelaw, Founder Partner, Artemis
Throughout the partnership, Artemis have contributed time (811 volunteer hours), funding and insight leading to 89% of student participants more likely to consider a career in financial sector, and 100% of staff feeling motivated, inspired and energised. Some of our students have even gone on to secure prestigious internships in highly competitive fields thanks to the coaching and support provided by Artemis staff.
We would like to thank all who have been involved and those who continue to support the partnership.
